The TRX& Boxing class combines strength training using TRX brand Suspension Trainers. Using your own body weight you will build strength, flexibility and mobility. A different approach to muscle stimulation than using free weights that you pick up and put down. Suspension training utilizes your core and stabilization muscles as well as using your main muscle groups. This quick paced class alternates between boxing combos on the heavy bag and the TRX Suspension Straps. Come give this class a try, you won't regret it.
